CANCELLATION POLICY

To let you plan your day in advance we offer pre-booking for all classes, through our website (MindBody Online) or through the MindBody mobile app. We hope knowing that your space is confirmed helps you to breath a little easier on your journey to the studio. To be fair and courteous to all members we have a few rules in place, please take a read of our cancellation policy before signing up for classes through our website or through the MBO app.

Pre-Booking your space in class

All spaces in each class are now available for online registration. Advance booking ends 30 minutes before class begins. This is a small home based studio…class size is 10 people. Classes will begin on time and doors will be open 45 minutes prior to start time.

Waitlist

Even when a class appears to be full you are able to add yourself to the wait list. When a cancellation is made, the first name on the wait list gets automatically added and confirmed for the class. You will receive an automated email or text at this time. Please consider yourself CONFIRMED and therefore responsible for either attending or cancelling.

Cancelling a reservation

Life happens and sometimes gets in the way of your practice, we get it, and offer a 3 hour cancellation window. We need you to cancel through the on-line system to avoid any and all late/no-show charges. No phone cancellations please. Classes paid for with class passes and cancelled more than 3 hours before class begins will be credited back to your account.

A No Show/Late Cancellation charge occurs when you do not show up OR cancel within 3 hours of class starting. Visits paid for with class passes will still be deducted. If you are on an unlimited contract and you late cancel or no-show twice your privileges will be suspended for a month. We completely understand that things will happen but we are practicing mindfulness in our community and don’t want to turn other students away only to end up with empty spots. Thanks for understanding.

If you are late…

If you are not here 5 minutes before class starts and there are students hoping and waiting for a spot in class, we will start giving away spots in class to those who are here.

REFUND POLICY

Yoga Classes + Merchandise

All sales for yoga class passes and memberships are final – no refunds.  5 class pass expires three months from date of purchase and 10 class pass expire six months from date of purchase – no exceptions.  Unused product purchases may be returned with the original receipt in original packaging within 30 days for exchange or credit only – no refunds.  Returns are accepted only on products that have not been opened, used or damaged.  Merchandise purchased on sale, is final sale – no returns.  Introductory memberships, class packages, monthly and annual memberships are not transferable and may not be put on hold for reasons other than medical (note required by physician).  Payment for Products & Services by credit card will be processed in Canadian Dollars at the time of payment. Yoga Koncepts is not responsible for any fees, charges, exchange rates of additional charges levied by individual financial institutions or Credit Card companies

Yoga Workshops + Pre Registered Classes

For full price workshops, registration in a workshop may be cancelled up to 24 hours in advance with a 10% admin fee. The admin fee will be waived if the purchaser opts for a credit in lieu of a refund.  No refunds on workshops within 24 hours of their start date.

Missed workshop days or pre-registered classes are not credited.  Special circumstances may be considered if the studio is informed at least 24 hours in advance of the workshop date.
